• Maravilla, a beachfront community, is complete with everything needed for a great vacation.

• The large and spacious interior parking provides ample spaces for everyone. There is a central portico servicing the connected walkways to buildings #1, 2 and 3.

• Recreational amenities include two large pools. The ocean view pool is located in front of bldg. #2 on the Southeast. The seasonally heated pool and hot tub are behind the Maravilla Clubhouse.. Other amenities for the family to enjoy are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and a fitness room.

• The Clubhouse may be reserved through the Maravilla association office for families to gather for a covered dish buffet dinner, to watch football on the big screen TV, of just to have a place large enough that everyone can comfortably gather..

• Maravilla Beachfront Community consists of 33 acres and has a gated North entrance , a security guard is provided during high season. We are Destin's most popular family oriented complex. We are convenient to all activities, and within walking distance to "Pompano Joes" popular beachside restaurant. Our beach service provides umbrella/chairs for your convenience March 1-Oct. 31. There are also wave runner, parasail and kayak rentals.
