Without question this unit is the best location at Beach Retreat. This top floor (4th) corner unit with the largest floor plan (1,534 sq ft) is located directly in front of the beach access. The end unit provides unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and is very quiet.
All three King Suites were designed with comfort and luxury in mind. Each enjoys a private full bath, TV and DVD player. Bunk area. It will comfortably sleep 9 for that large family vacation. Black out draperies and plantation shutters ensure a cozy late morning or an afternoon nap while falling asleep to the sound of the surf.
On your private balcony you’ll be able to read, sunbathe, listen to the gentle waves, take in the views, or enjoy a cup of coffee and the morning views while watching the dolphins just off shore. At the end of the day you’ll wind down to breath-taking views of the sunset.
Included in your stay at Beach Retreat are a variety of amenities sure to cater to each individual in your party. Beach Retreat has 300’ of private beach located just across the street and a 3,000 sq ft pool and hot tub on site. Because Beach Retreat is not a high rise you are sure to get more unobstructed views of the Gulf and find an abundant amount of space at the beach for your family. Your stay also includes access to the fitness center, outdoor grills and a clubhouse which can be reserved for parties or family gatherings. Beach Retreat is a gated condo community conveniently equipped with a large parking lot, covered stairs and elevators.
